Promotion of pharmaceuticals and medical devices

Joanna Krakowiak, Karolina Hryckowian and Natalia Nieróbca contributed a chapter on Polish regulations in a survey on trade and distribution of therapeutic products (including pharmaceuticals/biologics and medical devices) prepared by the IBA Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has issued new Recommendations for Insurance Undertakings on Insurance Distribution. Over the last year and a half, there have been several serious incidents in Poland in which the prosecutor’s office has filed charges of sabotage and terrorist offences. In such situations, are businesses and individuals protected by their property insurance policies?
