If you have received an email concerning trademark registration, protection of rights in Poland, or urging immediate action before the Polish Patent Office (UPRP), please exercise caution.

Such messages are not sent by Wardyński & Partners. This is a scam involving impersonation of a lawyer and creating a false sense of urgency.

The email may contain a link disguised as a document (e.g. a PDF) that leads to malware or a phishing website.
