Prawo restrukturyzacyjne. Restructuring law

The Restructuring Law, which came into force on 1 January 2016, is an innovative act that provides entirely new instruments aiming to restructure distressed businesses and prevent their bankruptcy. It constitutes an important part of the Polish insolvency legislation reform, under which four restructuring proceedings have been introduced and separated from the bankruptcy proceedings.
