Tomasz Zasacki
Adwokat, senior counselTomasz Zasacki primarily handles real estate transactions and development. He advises particularly on civil law, construction law, zoning, and land and mortgage registers. He has extensive experience in perpetual usufruct and acquisition of real estate by foreigners.
He has advised on many transactions involving the acquisition of real estate for creation of retail projects, industrial buildings, revitalisation of landmark buildings, and development of urban space. He has advised administrative authorities in the privatisation of many Polish state enterprises and implementation of infrastructure projects.
He is experienced in cases involving restitution of Holocaust looted art.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 1996 and was a partner in 2000–2011.
In 2014 he was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski.
