Bartosz Maciejewski
lawyerBartosz Maciejewski practises individual and collective labour law. He is involved in providing ongoing advice on HR law, particularly in formation and termination of contracts, reorganisations, transfers of workplaces, employers’ public-law obligations (including social insurance), and group and individual layoffs.
He drafts templates for labour law documents, such as contracts, policies and procedures. He works on due diligence projects. He monitors changes in law and assists clients in implementing them. He also provides legal support in employment litigation.
He actively contributes to the firm’s publications, and is jointly responsible for creating content for the portal HRlaw.pl.
