CNC Holding acquires production assets of Kompostpal Poland

We advised CNC Holding BV, backed by Sun European Partners, LLP, on the acquisition of a mushroom substrate production facility from Kompostpal sp. z o.o. The transaction enlarges the portfolio and production capacity of CNC Holding BV in Poland.

The acquisition was completed as an asset deal in a two-stage structure. Our involvement in the deal included advice on the purchase of assets and real property, as well as complex environmental matters related to the production facility.

The transaction closed on 1 September 2025.

The legal team involved in the project was led by Jakub Lerner (M&A partner) and Piotr Ząbkiewicz (M&A). Key lawyers involved in the transaction included Dominik Kaszuba, Waldemar Oryński, Adrian Budny and Wiktor Zborowski (M&A), Marcin Rżysko, Gabriela Kuszewska and Aleksandra Szczepińska (Real Estate), and Adrianna Ogonowska and Małgorzata Piekarska (Environment).
