Wiktor Zborowski

He has great experience serving corporate clients, including drafting and advising on various types of contracts (service contracts, cooperation agreements, multilateral investment agreements) and corporate documents (articles of association, corporate approvals).
He participates in all types of M&A transactions, and also conducts legal audits.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, and the Department of Law, University of Luxembourg. He also completed a course of study in English and European law at the Centre for English and European Law, a joint initiative of the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw.
