Management buyout of VFP Communications

We advised Deutscher Fachverlag GmbH ("DFV"), a German media publishing company, on the sale of 100% of the shares in VFP Communications Ltd. sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company operating in the media and marketing sector.
The shares were acquired by the company's management team in a management buyout transaction. This deal demonstrates a successful transition of a media business to local management while maintaining strategic commercial ties between the parties.
