We assisted selected shareholders of Rapiomed Group sp. z o.o. in the sale of a minority stake in the company to an experienced industry investor from the e-commerce market.
Rapiomed Group is a medtech company operating in the field of telemedicine providing their services via the Receptomat.pl website.
The legal team involved in the project was led by Adam Pawlisz (M&A partner). Key lawyers on the deal included Dominik Kaszuba and Adrian Budny (M&A), and Monika A. Górska (intellectual property).
