Aleksandra Sudak-Przybyła has many years of experience providing legal assistance to Polish and foreign clients, including individual and collective employment law. In particular, she advises clients on group layoffs and issues connected with transfer of the workplace.
She provides ongoing advice on employment law, supporting clients in establishing and terminating contracts with employees and managers, as well as drafting internal rules and policies.
She also has experience in M&A projects and conducting due diligence.
