We advised Animex Holding sp. z o.o. on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Pupil Foods sp. z o.o., a leading Polish pet food company. Pupil Foods offers a broad range of products and conducts sales both in Poland and internationally, exporting to 25 countries across 4 continents.

We provided comprehensive advice to minority shareholders of Rolmex S.A. in the transaction involving their exit from the company. In particular, we assisted in developing the structure for the transaction and in negotiating and drafting the transaction documentation connected with the sale of shares to the company for redemption. We also advised on all post-closing activities, including reinvestments.

We were the Polish adviser to Scania in its acquisition from Northvolt Systems of assets used for production of battery systems. In the transaction we cooperated closely with the Vinge law firm, Scania’s Swedish adviser.

We advised Heliaca Investments Coöperatief U.A. on the Polish aspects of acquisition from Westport Fuel Systems Inc. of its interest in Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.r.l., which includes the Light-Duty segment.
