Dr Rafał Godlewski holds a PhD in law and an MSc in surveying and cartography.
He practises administrative and civil law, especially relating to real estate transactions, construction and zoning, and also the law of surveying and cartography. He advises on reprivatisation issues and the development of land covered by reprivatisation claims. He also represents clients in civil and administrative court proceedings, with a particular focus on issues involving real estate, construction law, and legal aspects of surveying, cartography, and information systems.
He has deep experience in real estate transactions, including financing aspects, with a particular emphasis on real estate acquisitions. He advises on commercialisation of office buildings and conduct of real estate development and infrastructure projects, including those involving foreign entities.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 1998.
