Małgorzata Piekarska
adwokatMałgorzata Piekarska practises environmental law and the law of waste management, mining and geology.
She represents clients in administrative proceedings and before the administrative courts.
She is also involved in M&A projects, from due diligence to drafting of transaction documents and participation in negotiations, supporting clients in the area of environmental law.
She is a law graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She is preparing her doctoral thesis on legal aspects of the closing of coal mines. She lectures on criminal law and environmental law.
