Filip Rak
adwokatFilip Rak conducts criminal trials involving economic offences, fraud, corruption, money laundering, terrorism and cyber offences, among other matters. He has experience in complex criminal cases, including international prosecutions before the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
He represents clients in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
He conducts litigation in commercial and civil matters.
In 2021–2022, at the Ombudsman’s Office, he was responsible for combatting discrimination against LGBTIQ people.
Law graduate in individual humanities studies at the University of Warsaw, where he also studied philosophy and completed the course of study at the British Law Centre in conjunction with the University of Cambridge
