Barbara Załęcka-Wysocka specialises in protection of trademarks, industrial designs, and technical solutions of businesses. She represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization, the state courts and the administrative courts. She helps clients assess the risk of conflicts involving intangible assets and unfair competition.

She advises on copyright law, particularly involving film productions and computer programs, and protection of non-personal data, including databases.
