Barbara Wiśniewska
attorney-at-lawBarbara Wiśniewska, LL.M., represents clients in matters involving regulation of the legal status of real estate as well as claims for compensation, particularly with respect to Warsaw land. She also advises on inheritance law. She is experienced in expropriation proceedings.
She participates in real estate transactions for development projects, mainly handling legal analysis of sites in terms of reprivatisation claims and related investment risks.
She advises individual clients in obtaining Polish citizenship.
She serves German-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients through the firm’s German Desk and Spanish Desk.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2011.
