Aleksandra Wójcik practises individual and collective employment law, particularly issues of termination of employment contracts, remote work, mobbing, discrimination and equal treatment in employment. She also has experience in employment litigation.
She advises on matters of legalisation of work and stay in Poland of citizens of third countries, including those holding special status and entitlements under international agreements. She represents clients in administrative matters in this area.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2018.
