Competition for best master’s thesis

Wardyński & Partners is organising a competition for the best master’s thesis in the field of antitrust law, unfair competition, and intellectual property.

To be eligible, the master’s thesis:

  • Must be written in Polish or English
  • Must have been defended with a result of at least “very good” no earlier than 2023
  • Must be at least 80 pages long.

Entries should be submitted to konkurs.magisterski@wardynski.com.pl by 31 January 2025. The subject line of the email should read “konkurs” or “competition.” The email should include:

  • The title of the work
  • The author’s name, email address, and telephone number
  • The work being submitted for the competition, attached in a .pdf file
  • Two positive reviews of the submitted work (written by persons with a doctorate or higher academic rank, or by a public official or member of the judiciary), attached in separate .pdf files.

Eligible works will be judged by an award committee made up of lawyers specialising in the aforementioned fields of law.

The author of the best master’s thesis in the competition will receive a prize of EUR 5,000. If more than one winner is named, the prize will be shared.
