Wardyński & Partners has assisted Euricom in connection with sale of an equity stake in Rol-Ryż to Mitsui.

Pentaco Partners and IQ Metal

Wardyński & Partners advised Pentaco Partners (a private equity fund) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in IQ Metal A/S, including indirectly the Polish subsidiary IQ Metal sp. z o.o., from BFL Holding Århus ApS and JZN Holding ApS. The team was led by Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and Maciej A. Szewczyk. Danish law firm Accura coordinated the project.
