A contract for supply of berubicin to the Pomeranian Medical University was signed on 21 November 2022, capping months of preparations and negotiations between CNS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and the university.

Wardyński & Partners, in cooperation with the Berlin office of Morrison Foerster, has counselled the Dutch chemical company Nouryon Chemicals International B.V. in the acquisition of ADOB Fertilizers. The agreement was signed on 28 September 2022, and the transaction was closed on 3 January 2023 after obtaining approval of the merger from the Polish competition authority.

Wardyński & Partners, in conjunction with Latham & Watkins, advised Spider Investments Luxembourg S.à r.l., a company from the portfolio of the British investment fund HgCapital LLP, in the sale of Transporeon to Trimble, in a transaction valued at EUR 1.88 billion.

Wardyński & Partners advised the Bucher Group on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in B&P Engineering sp. z o.o. This is the latest complex and demanding M&A project in which we have been the lead adviser.

Wardyński & Partners assisted Hampiðjan hf., a company listed on Nasdaq First North Iceland, in its indirect acquisition of the shares in Poldan Net sp. z o.o., indirectly owned by Holding Cage I AS, the parent company from the Mørenot Group. The transaction is subject to approval by competition authorities in Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
