IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference in Dubai

IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference will be held in Dubai from March 7-10 (the first fully international conference since 2019). Mirella Lechna-Marchewka will take part in the conference.
Over 50 concurrent committee sessions are planned on the most current and important legal issues. One is the session on "The Rise in the Use of NEC Forms of Contract in Public Procurement Projects and Implications for the Construction Industry Throughout the World" will be co-moderated by Mirella Lechna-Marchewka.
