Wysoka Grzęda and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

Wardyński & Partners advised Tertinall Investments S.A. and its shareholders in a transaction involving BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. investing in Tertinall Investments S.A. and, indirectly, in Wysoka Grzęda sp. z o.o.
As a result of the transaction, BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. has become a minority shareholder of Tertinall Investments S.A. by acquiring new shares in the company, and has also taken up bonds issued in its favour. Wysoka Grzęda, which is already Poland's largest producer of organic eggs, will use the investment to further develop its operations.
Our advisory services included support in negotiating the investment agreement and coordinating client-side activities related to the due diligence conducted by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
