Advice for defence sector
We have experience serving both Polish and foreign contractors in procurement procedures conducted by the Ministry of National Defence, in particular concerning supplies of military equipment and armaments.
We provide support in negotiation of offset agreements. We advise on all aspects related to the status of defence contractors. We draft consortium agreements and participate in negotiations between contractors planning to apply jointly for award of contracts. We advise on all aspects of subcontracting and reliance on third-party capacity. We also represent contractors in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.
We provide regulatory advice on cryptographic solutions and dual-use products.
Our lawyers have authored publications on defence procurement for such organisations as KOTRA (promoting Polish and Korean cooperation in trade and foreign investment). They also co-authored the first publication in Poland on legal aspects of the use of drones for military purposes.
