Inkfish LLC acquires Oceanco

We provided comprehensive assistance to Inkfish LLC (a marine science organization whose goal is to explore the oceans) on the acquisition of a leading custom luxury yachts manufacturer, Oceanco, including Polish aspects of the transaction and legal due diligence of the Polish company Aluship Technology Sp. z o.o.
Inkfish LLC has entered into an agreement with Jupiter International N.V. to acquire their custom yachts building business, including Alblasserdam Yachtbuilding Holdings B.V. and its subsidiaries, Neptune Investments B.V. and its subsidiaries and Oceanco S.A.M.
The legal team involved in the project was led by Kinga Ziemnicka-Klebba (Corporate, M&A partner).
