Sylwia Boguska advises financial institutions and borrowers. She has participated in numerous Polish and cross-border financing transactions. She assists in financing of corporate acquisitions, real estate finance, project finance, and debt refinancing. She negotiates and drafts financing documentation. She conducts legal due diligence and coordinates fulfilment of conditions precedent for drawing on credit facilities.
