Serom Kim
adwokatSerom Kim has worked for years with foreign clients, participating in infrastructure projects under the public procurement regime at the stages of tender proceedings, contract performance, and dispute resolution.
In the firm’s Korean Desk, she supports Korean clients in carrying out investments in Poland, from establishing the organisational structure and conclusion of contracts with partners, customers and suppliers, to dispute resolution. Thanks to her experience working within Korean companies, she knows the rules and procedures under which Korean firms operate, and can identify the key priorities from the client’s perspective.
She cooperates with the Korean Embassy, KOTRA, and other public and private institutions promoting cooperation between Polish and Korean business.
She also serves as a Polish-Korean translator for Korean investors in Poland.
