Monika Lutomirska
adwokatMonika Lutomirska practises corporate law and M&A. She advises on mergers and acquisitions on the private and public markets, restructuring processes, and ongoing corporate advice.
She has taken part in a number of transactions, at all stages, from conducting and coordinating due diligence through negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, closing, and post-transaction advice.
She also handles issues of the law of capital markets, securities, and financial institutions, advice on corporate governance (particularly for public companies), and transactions on the capital markets.
