attorney-at-lawJoanna Duda advises in commercial cases, particularly construction matters involving large-scale and infrastructure projects, including energy projects. She also participates in disputes arising out of the performance of a range of contracts, such as public-private partnership agreements, international carriage of goods (CMR), and cross-border recovery of receivables, particularly in civil and commercial matters using the European Order for Payment Procedure. She also handles real estate cases.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2014.
