He advises corporate clients and independent producers in connection with generation and trading in electricity, self-generation, cogeneration, and distribution of heat and power, and in obtaining licences for generation, sale, trade and distribution of electricity.
He assists clients in matters related to the nuclear power development process and regulations governing nuclear safety and radiation protection.
He takes part in due diligence of energy companies and post-transaction activities.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2022.
