Jakub Baranowski

Dr Jakub Baranowski is experienced in civil law and administrative law, particularly real estate transactions and construction projects.
Among other areas, he advises on transactions involving transfers or residential, office, and agricultural real estate. He participates in negotiation of commercial contracts, including commercial leases and tenancy agreements. He advises residential cooperatives, particularly on adoption and challenges to homeowners’ resolutions. He participates in legal due diligence projects.
He also advises Italian-speaking clients through the firm’s Italian Desk.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2016.
In 2016 he earned his doctorate at Roma Tre University in Italy.
During his doctoral studies he held a research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
In 2012 he graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, where he also completed a course of study at the American Law Center (in conjunction with the Chicago–Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology).
He participated in the Erasmus programme at Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta in Rome.
He previously worked in an individual law practice serving individual and business clients.
