Aleksandra Cygan specialises in judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil, commercial and inheritance cases.
She has represented creditors in complex disputes between businesses from various industries, ending in recovery of the clients’ claims. She has experience pursuing claims against dishonest debtors stripping assets from companies to frustrate satisfaction of their creditors.
She also advises individual clients in civil matters, including inheritance cases.
