We advised Derse Group on the Polish aspects of Derse’s acquisition of Nebula Exhibits Group, in conjunction with Derse’s US counsel from Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.
Derse Group is a leading marketing agency and exhibit builder, with operations throughout the United States and Europe.
The transaction involved Derse’s acquisition of all shares in Nebula Exhibits Poland sp. z o.o. We provided comprehensive legal assistance in all aspects of this complex deal, including legal due diligence of the Polish company.
