Prof. Marek Górski joins firm

Prof. Marek Górski, one of the cofounders of the Polish system of environmental protection regulations, has joined Wardyński & Partners as a mentor for the firm’s Environment practice.
Prof. Marek Górski helps clients resolve problematic issues involving the circular economy, waste management, biodiversity, industrial emissions, liability for environmental harm, and water law. He has extensive experience in protection of the marine environment.
He was involved in drafting of Poland’s Environmental Protection Law, waste management acts, the Water Law, and the Nature Protection Act.
Alongside Prof. Górski, the core members of the firm’s newly strengthened Environment practice include Adrianna Ogonowska and Małgorzata Piekarska, supported by other lawyers including Karol Maćkowiak.
