Conference: From soft law to hard law. CSDDD implementation and enforcement

On January 26, the conference “From soft law to hard law. CSDDD implementation and enforcement” will be held in Warsaw. The aim of the conference is to start discussion on how to implement and enforce the CS3D directive after its adoption in 2024 at the European level. Wardyński & Partners is a partner of the event
During the conference Stanisław Drozd, from Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice, will discuss EMCs through the lens of the Polish law. Weronika Nalbert will also take part in the event.
The conference is a joint initiative of the co-organizers, i.e. Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business, Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and Polish Bar Council.
