IDEX and Nexsight

We advised IDEX in an indirect acquisition of Wincan sp. z o.o., a Polish company specialising in software development, as part of the acquisition of Nexsight, LLC, and its market-leading businesses Envirosight, WinCan, MyTana, and Pipeline Renewal Technologies (PRT) for USD 120 million.
The transaction is expected to close in the 1st quarter of 2022, upon fulfilment of conditions precedent.
IDEX, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, engages in the development, design, and manufacture of fluidic systems and specialty engineered products.
Our firm conducted legal due diligence of the Polish company and advised on Polish aspects of the transaction.
