Sygnity acquires Sagra Technology

Wardyński & Partners advised the founders of Sagra Technology in a transaction involving the sale of 100% shares in the company to Sygnity S.A.
Our assistance included negotiating the transactional documentation, as well as supporting the client in signing and closing the transaction.
The team working on the project was led by Adam Pawlisz (partner) and the key lawyers were Dominik Kaszuba (senior associate) and Mateusz Próchnicki (associate) of the M&A practice, and also Monika A. Górska (partner), who was in charge of IP aspects.
