Senacor Technologies acquires Finanteq

Wardyński & Partners has advised Senacor Technologies AG in its acquisition of the IT company Finanteq S.A. Our assistance included conducting legal due diligence as well as negotiation and drafting of comprehensive transaction documentation.
The firm’s work on the project was led by Adam Pawlisz (partner), and key lawyers were Aleksandra Drożdż (corporate), Monika A. Górska (IP), and Sandra Derdoń (tax).
Senacor specialises in creating digital platforms for the banking, insurance and automotive industries and the public sector in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland). It supports clients in solution design, planning, software development, and management of large-scale transformation programmes. Senacor employs over 1,000 specialists and projects sales of about EUR 250 million in 2023.
Finanteq is a software development company with a focus on mobile banking. Its staff of 140 experienced software developers, testers, and business analysts work with renowned clients (leading financial institutions) in Poland and the Middle East.
