Futureal purchases Lipowy Office Park

We advised the Futureal group in its purchase of the Lipowy Office Park complex on ul. Żwirki i Wigury in Warsaw. The group of four office buildings with a combined space of 40,000 m2 is the former headquarters of Bank Pekao S.A.
Our work for Futureal included comprehensive legal due diligence and transactional advice on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company holding the property.
The work of the firm’s lawyers engaged in the project was led by Michał Wons. Key members of the team included Kacper Czubacki and Marcin Rżysko, with Marcin Kulesza and Andrzej Madała advising on competition law.
