Wardyński & Partners has advised on a healthcare deal. Our client Atlantic Labs V GmbH & Co. KG took up shares in Doctor One sp. z o.o., a tech startup offering telemedicine services.
Atlantic Labs V GmbH & Co. KG is a venture capital fund based in Berlin which invests in innovative technology ventures.
Doctor One sp. z o.o. is a new-generation virtual clinic which enables doctors to pursue a private medical practice in a subscription model via an online platform. This pioneering startup has been present on the market for less than half a year and currently offers services of doctors from other 30 specialties.
We provided advice at every stage of the project, conducting legal due diligence of Doctor One sp. z o.o. and supporting the client in negotiation of transaction documents and closing of the transaction.
