Winners named in 4th edition of MIT Enterprise Forum Poland

The 4th edition of MIT Enterprise Forum Poland, one of the country’s largest accelerators for tech startups, has now ended. On 6 July 2018, 20 innovative firms from all over Poland presented their concepts in Warsaw. Five winners were selected to attend a boot camp in Boston.

The award-winning solutions were developed by the following startups:

  • Booksbox, a firm working on the first virtual library offering access to thousands of academic textbooks on a per-page fee model
  • Genomtec, a startup developing diagnostic equipment based on amplification of DNA and RNA fragments, with applications in diagnosis of infections in humans and in the agri-food industry
  • LifeTone, which is working on a device for monitoring children’s vital signs, signalling health dangers
  • Plantalux, a company that has developed a lighting system for greenhouses enabling the plants to be harvested more frequently
  • Solutions 4 Tomorrow, a startup enabling safe landing of drones on moving surfaces regardless of weather conditions.

Wardyński & Partners has been a knowledge partner of the programme since its start.

We congratulate all the winners and wish them continued success.
