Publication: Transfer pricing. Selected Issues
A new book on international taxes has appeared, called „Transfer pricing. Selected Issues”. It is published by Wolters Kluwer Polska, in cooperation with the Centre for Tax Analyses and Studies of the Warsaw School of Economics.
The book discusses key transfer pricing issues from an economic, legal and tax point of view. The academic editor of the study is a Supreme Court judge, Professor Dominik Gajewski, of the Warsaw School of Economics, and it has a foreword from Jan Rudowski, a Supreme Court judge and Chairman of the Financial Chamber. The contributors are judges, a representative of the tax administration, academics and advisors dealing with transfer pricing issues. The chapter entitled “The role of the administrative courts in resolving transfer pricing disputes under international and EU law” has been written by Dariusz Wasylkowski, a partner at the firm.
