Poland-Georgia Technology Summit, 24–26 September 2018

The Poland-Georgia Technology Summit is organized by the Georgia Innovation and Technology Agency, the Foundation for Technology Entrepreneurship, and the Coalition for Polish Innovations.

The aim of the event is to reinforce Polish/Georgian dialogue on the development of innovations. The participants will share information about their strengths and weaknesses and attempt to identify areas for realisation of joint projects.

The two-day conference will include numerous lectures by businesspeople from Poland and Georgia. The discussions will cover such issues as developing and supporting innovation, the potential of blockchain in the public and private sectors, and cooperation between startups and large corporations.

Krzysztof Wojdyło from the New Technologies practice at Wardyński & Partners will moderate a panel discussion on the applications of blockchain technology in the public and private sectors. He will discuss the influence of this technology on the legal profession.

The second day of the summit will be reserved for presentations by Georgian startups for Polish investors.
