New lawyers at Wardyński & Partners
The firm expands its employment practice and criminal practice as it is joined by lawyers Dr Marcin Wujczyk and Artur Pietryka.
Dr Marcin Wujczyk is an attorney-at-law and lecturer at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University. He practises individual and collective labour law, with particular attention to employees’ right to privacy and cooperation between employers and trade unions. He joins the Employment practice at the firm’s Kraków office.
Artur Pietryka is an adwokat with experience conducting criminal proceedings, particularly involving commercial offences and cases involving corporate entities. His practice also involves protection of personal interests. He is active in pro bono matters, including for the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. He joins the firm’s Business Crime practice.
