MITEF launches 3rd edition of startup acceleration programme
MIT Enterprise Forum Poland has announced the list of 23 Polish startups taking part in an acceleration programme based on the knowhow of one of the world’s leading tech universities, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Wardyński & Partners is a legal partner for the initiative.
This is the third edition of the acceleration programme of MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. The aim of the programme is to support the growth of innovative Polish micro and small enterprises developing unique technologies by combining their potential with the infrastructure, experience and resources of big corporations. The largest number of startups involved in this year’s programme are from the FinTech industry.
The winners include the creators of a new biopsy needle minimising the risk of infection following prostate biopsies, a cranial implant for treating brain tumours, and a platform using bots or drones for automated communication with customers in functions such as monitoring natural gas transmission.
The firm’s lawyers will conduct lectures during training events for participants in the acceleration programme.
