Wardyński & Partners for the second time partners in the Global Legal Hackathon
Global Legal Hackathon 2019 is a unique marathon – a combination of programming and law, the aim of which is to develop innovative technological and business solutions to help both lawyers and people seeking legal assistance.
This year’s edition will run from Friday, February 22nd to Sunday, February 24th. In over 40 cities around the world, lawyers and IT specialists will meet to create a modern solution for the law industry. The winners of the Polish edition will receive cash prizes and a trip to the finals of the competition in New York.
We invite lawyers, programmers, business development specialists, graphic designers, project managers, business analysts and other experts to participate in the Hackathon. They will work in interdisciplinary teams, which will be conducive to the creative process by providing access to broader experiences and new perspectives. Their work will be assisted by mentors who will provide concrete substantive support during the entire event.
The first day of the marathon will be devoted to developing concepts and forming teams. On the second day, the participants will start working on the preliminary model or prototype of the solution, which will be shown to the Jury on the third day – together with presentation materials.
Global Legal Hackathon is organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska in cooperation with the Wardyński & Partners law firm and the Foundation of Coalition for Polish Innovation.
The media partner of this year’s hackathon edition is the newtech.law blog.
