Firm names new partners
Agnieszka Lisiecka and Anna Pompe have become general partners of Wardyński & Partners, while Michał Gliński, Konrad Grotowski and Michał Wons have been named limited partners.
Adwokat Agnieszka Lisiecka heads the firm’s Employment practice. She has many years of experience in individual and collective labour law and litigation.
Adwokat Anna Pompe is in charge of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. She handles more specifically issues involving trademarks, industrial designs, and unfair competition. She leads disputes for protection of intellectual property rights and personal interests, as well as obtaining exclusive rights to intellectual property and conducting transactions involving intellectual property rights.
Attorney-at-law Michał Gliński handles real estate transactions and residential development projects, leading negotiations, judicial and administrative proceedings involving real estate, judicial enforcement of monetary claims, and many aspects of commercial law.
Attorney-at-law Michał Wons also handles real estate transactions and residential development projects, and has extensive experience advising investment funds and providing legal support for real estate transactions, with particular attention to commercialisation of office buildings and shopping centres and preparing due diligence reports.
Attorney-at-law Konrad Grotowski heads the Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice. He handles bankruptcy proceedings, enforcement of difficult receivables, and corporate acquisitions and restructuring.
