During the VIII ASPIRE Annual Conference we will talk about crisis management in the context of data protection.
Łukasz Lasek, partner in the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice, will take part in the panel ”Data Theft – How to react? Is the NISD (The Network and Internet Security Directive) another game changer?”. The goal is to present threats by commenting on actual cases and to elaborate on legal consequences and requirements if such an event occurs.
