Wardyński & Partners advises Gränges on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Impexmetal S.A.
Gränges AB, a global supplier of rolled aluminium products for heat exchanger applications and other niche markets, has concluded a preliminary agreement under which, upon fulfilment of the conditions specified in the agreement, it is to acquire from Boryszew Group all of the shares in Impexmetal S.A., a flat rolled aluminium producer.
The transaction involves sale of the plant in Konin (Aluminium Konin). Calculation of the purchase price is subject to standard adjustments of the enterprise value set at PLN 938 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the relevant competition authorities. Closing is expected in the second quarter of 2020.
