Faerch and Paccor

We have once again advised the Faerch group, this time in its acquisition of the Paccor group, a manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions for the food industry, from the private equity fund Lindsay Goldberg.
Our advice concerned Polish companies Paccor Polska sp. z o.o. and Paccor (Bydgoszcz) Poland sp. z o.o. We cooperated with the Danish law firm Plesner. The team at Wardyński & Partners working on the project included Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek, Katarzyna Wójcik-Bąkowska, Kacper Czubacki, Adam Pawlisz, Piotr Wcisło and Agnieszka Godusławska.
The Paccor group, headquartered in Düsseldorf, is a European leader in manufacturing packaging for the food industry. Paccor operates in 18 countries and employs 3,700 people.
Faerch is a manufacturer and distributor of plastic packaging for the food industry. It was the first company in the world to introduce circular recycling of food trays.
The transaction documentation was signed on 29 December 2021. Completion of transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
