This strategic merger unites Bauer's OCP businesses, including rankomat.pl (Poland), epojisteni.cz, and srovnejto.cz (Czechia), and superpoistenie.sk (Slovakia), with Netrisk.hu (Hungary), durchblicker.at (Austria), Klik.cz (Czechia), Netfinancie.sk (Slovakia), and edrauda.lt (Lithuania) owned by the Netrisk Group. Bauer Media Group will become a significant strategic partner and a substantial non-majority shareholder in the combined entity.
